Which data we process
- Name, email address, billing and shipping address, and order details;
- Payment data — processed by our payment provider Stripe; we do not receive or store full card details.
Purposes & legal basis
We use your data to:
- process, take payment for and deliver your order (performance of the contract);
- draw up and retain invoices (legal obligation);
- communicate with you about your order.

- Stripe — payments
- Moneybird — invoicing/accounting
- PostNL — shipping
- Resend — transactional email
- Trustpilot — reviews (our chosen review platform)
- Supabase & Vercel — hosting of the web shop and order data (EU)
Where required, data processing agreements have been concluded with these parties.
Reviews
To collect reviews we use Trustpilot, our chosen review platform. After your purchase we may share your email address with Trustpilot to invite you to leave a review. A review is never mandatory and you can opt out of this.
Retention period
We do not keep your data longer than necessary. For our records, the statutory tax retention obligation of 7 years applies to invoices.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Send your request to info@gravyn.nl. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
