1. Who we are

2. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer from Gravyn and to every contract concluded between Gravyn and you as a consumer.
3. Products
We sell sealed collectibles. Images and descriptions are as accurate a representation as possible; minor deviations (for example in printing or factory packaging) give no right to dissolution of the contract or compensation.
4. Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are stated separately before you complete your order. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Gravyn.
5. The contract
The contract is concluded at the moment you complete and pay for your order. You then receive a confirmation by email.
6. Payment
Payment is handled by our payment provider Stripe (including iDEAL and credit card). Gravyn does not store full payment details itself.
7. Delivery
We ship with PostNL, within the Netherlands only. Stated delivery times are indicative. The risk of damage and/or loss passes at the moment the products are delivered to you (or a person designated by you).
8. Right of withdrawal
You have a statutory right of withdrawal on purchase. Three periods of 14 days each apply:
- Reflection period: you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving a reason.
- Return period: after your notification you have 14 days to return the products.
- Refund period: we refund within 14 days of your notification (we may wait until we have received the products back).
Reduction in value: for sealed collectibles the value lies largely in the unopened state. If the factory seal is broken or the blister is opened, a reduction in value up to the full purchase price may be deducted from the refund. 9. Conformity and warranty
The products comply with the contract and with statutory (consumer) rules. Report any damage or defects present on receipt as soon as possible.
10. Liability
Gravyn's liability is limited to at most the invoice amount of the relevant order, except in the case of intent or gross negligence and insofar as mandatory law does not provide otherwise.
11. Applicable law and disputes
Dutch law applies to these terms. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you may submit it for mediation via WebwinkelKeur (webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil). You may also submit a dispute to the competent Dutch court. Our full complaints procedure is on a separate page.
12. Changes
Gravyn may change these terms. The version that applied at the time of ordering always applies to an order.
