Right of withdrawal & returns
This is a courtesy translation. The Dutch version of this page is legally binding.
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.
How to withdraw
Notify us of your withdrawal within the 14-day reflection period by email at info@gravyn.nl; you may use the European model withdrawal form for this, but it is not required. Then return the products within 14 days of your notification to the return address below.

Return costs
The cost of returning the products is yours to bear.
Refund
We refund within 14 days of your notification, including the standard shipping cost of the order. We may wait to refund until we have received the products back.
Condition of the product (sealed collectibles)
You may unpack and inspect a product as you would in a shop. For sealed collectibles, however, the value lies largely in the unopened state:
- If the factory seal is broken, the blister is opened or labels are removed, a reduction in value up to the full purchase price may be deducted from the refund.
- An opened Elite Trainer Box with sealed packs still inside loses only the condition value of the box; the packs retain their value.
- An incomplete or altered return (e.g. sending back only part) does not count as returning the product.
Exceptions
For sealed collectibles such as these, no statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies: your right of withdrawal remains fully valid. The protection for the seller lies in the reduction in value above, not in an exclusion of the right.
