Paldea Evolved is the second expansion in the Scarlet & Violet series and finally brings the fully evolved Paldea starters — Meowscarada ex, Skeledirge ex, and Quaquaval ex — to the card table, alongside the legendary Treasures of Ruin such as Chien-Pao ex and Ting-Lu ex. The set also distinguishes itself through a rich selection of alternative illustrations, including the now-iconic Iono Special Illustration Rare and the notably talked-about Illustration Rare Magikarp by artist Shinji Kanda.
